Following our initial discussion, we develop customised services and recommendations based on your objectives. This could include project management, business analysis, change management or continuous improvement consulting services, depending on the size and complexity of your project to move to the next level of operational excellence and sustainable outcomes.

3. Quotation & Pricing

Rather than offering fixed pricing tiers, we provide a bespoke quotation based on the specific services required and the estimated hours to deliver them.

 

Our pricing structure is flexible and transparent:

  • Hourly rate – ideal for short-term or advisory-based engagements.

  • Daily rate – suited for ongoing or embedded project delivery support.

 

Every proposal clearly outlines the scope, deliverables, and expected effort so you know exactly what to expect before work begins.

4. Agreement and Project Kick-Off

Once the proposal is approved, we formalise the engagement through a Statement of Work (SoW) or a consultancy agreement that clearly outlines the agreed deliverables, responsibilities and milestones. After this documentation is finalised, we confirm a mutually agreed start date, marking the official commencement of your project and ensuring full alignment between your team and our project management consulting experts from day one.

5. Delivery and Collaboration

During project delivery, Sigma Management Consultancy maintains open communication and close collaboration with your internal teams to ensure a seamless execution.  We provide full transparency and alignment through regular progress updates, milestone reviews, and Agile-inspired check-ins.  Our end-to-end project management approach enables your organisation to effectively monitor performance, manage risks proactively, and achieve timely, measurable results.

Upon completion, we conduct a comprehensive project review to evaluate outcomes, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement or potential future phases of work.
