A seasoned Senior Project and Program Manager, and certified PMP and Scrum Master, she excels in leading projects within Agile delivery frameworks - ensuring iterative progress, effective documentation, and successful delivery of large-scale initiatives on time and within budget.
Her expertise spans ICT infrastructure, telecommunications, HR systems, software development, data analytics, and cloud hosting, Jo's strengths lie in strategic planning, project coordination, scheduling, and budget management - supported by her ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
