Jo Schoeman
Founder & Director
Project Delivery and Continuous Improvement Executive | Strategic Change Leader
Jo brings over 15 years of experience leading complex ICT, digital and business transformation programs across Queensland Government, energy, healthcare and multinational organisations in Australia, New Zealand and international markets.
A PMP-certified Senior Project and Program Manager, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Scrum Master, Jo specialises in understanding how organisations work today. She leads current-state assessments, gap analyses and stakeholder interviews and workshops, from executives to operational teams, to define and prioritise the business and technical requirements that shape scope and decisions.
Jo prepares clear, evidence-based options papers, board papers and executive briefings, and establishes practical governance, assurance and reporting. She has reviewed and strengthened project management frameworks and assurance processes for government agencies, and her Lean Six Sigma work has delivered measurable results, including $995K in savings and 1,152 hours returned to the business.
As a Change Management Lead and Continuous Improvement Executive, Jo guides organisations through change with structured engagement, training and business readiness, through to hypercare and a smooth handover to BAU.
Her consultative, results-driven approach bridges business and technology, so every engagement delivers proportionate, practical outcomes and lasting value.
Hendrik Schoeman
Program Delivery Executive
Senior Business Analysis | Governance & Assurance | Strategic Change Leader & Continuous Improvement
Henk brings over 20 years of experience leading large-scale ICT, enterprise systems and infrastructure programs across government-facing environments, utilities, renewables and airports in Australia, New Zealand and international markets.
A Senior Project and Program Manager and Senior Business Analyst, Henk facilitates executive and operational workshops, conducts current-state reviews and gap analyses, and designs practical future-state processes. He builds controlled requirements traceability and clear decision papers that help leaders choose the right path forward.
Henk has strengthened portfolio governance and PMO practice, delivered Power BI executive reporting for real-time visibility of program performance, and led complex programs at Auckland International Airport and SkyCity, as well as a national Windows 11 migration delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Electronic Engineering and brings structure, calm and practical governance to every engagement, helping clients turn evidence into confident decisions and lasting results.
Vandre (Dré) Koch
Project Coordinating Officer
Governance, Reporting & Project Controls | PMI CAPM
Dré is a detail-oriented Project Coordinating Officer with experience supporting government, ICT and operational projects across Australia, New Zealand and the UAE, including the Queensland Public Trustee, Auckland Council and Fonterra.
At Auckland Council, Dré coordinated reporting and governance across more than 20 concurrent projects, producing monthly, quarterly and annual program reports and managing RAID registers, dependency maps and highlight reports.
He brings strong skills in documentation management, stakeholder communication, workshop and meeting coordination, procurement and invoice tracking, and keeping project controls in place across large portfolios, working confidently in MS Project, Planner, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps and Miro.
Dré is a PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and holds PMI's certification in Generative AI in Project Management. He is known for his accuracy, reliability and ability to keep multiple initiatives on track.
